I nod in agreement to Laura's comment. Don't force yourself or you'll end up hating it. It should be a release, not a sentence (heh heh...pseudo-pun, if you read into it)
yay journaling. i agree with the other comments though... i get all sorts of frustrated and dont' enjoy myself if i try to force my writing. i usually only end up writing once every three or four days. have fun!
i was in the yemen. i don't eat ramen and i don't drink beer. i love cheese. actually i love a lot of things. i am continually thankful for healthy bowels. the psalms frustrate me and make me want to curl up with gibran. i think about jesus (and his kitsch) more than the average person.

Not to be cryptic, but journal as you can. Don't journal as you can't. Figure out what works and let that be enough. It's a great practice.
